Since 2007, Accountor Denmark has provided services within finance, accounting and HR in Denmark. In 2017, we were nominated for Børsen Gazelle, and in the spring of 2018, we received Herlev's Business Award. In July 2023, Accountor Denmark acquired Censea Consulting, which is located in Køge and in June 2024, Accountor Denmark together with Censea Consulting became part of Aspia Group and became Aspia Denmark as of 4 of May 2026.

In 2025  Aspia Group strengthened its position in the Danish market with the acquisition of two more companies: Financial Outsourcing in May 2025 and Regnskab & Administration in December 2025. We now serve our customers in Denmark in three brands:

Aspia offers financial outsourcing services: all types of accounting services, except from auditing 

  • Daily bookkeeping (debitors and creditors control), financial accounting
  • VAT statements and –filing
  • Month-end closing
  • Reporting
  • Year-end closing, annual report and tax report

Aspia wants to be a full service provider withine Payroll administration and HR Services. Today, we offer the following services , and we continuously expand the list:

  • Payroll administration
  • Financial and HR staff for interim hire  
  • Recruitment of candidates within finance, accounting and payroll
  • Test of top candidates in recruitment processes
  • Personnel law

Types of customers and size

In Denmark, we provide services to hundreds of customers varying in size and complexity. We assist small companies, mid-size companies and large, multinational companies. Our customers can be local as well as international, single customers as well as companies being part of a group.

Quality assurance

In Aspia, the overall target for customer satisfaction is that 80 % of our customers will recommend us as business partner to someone in their network. In order to reach this goal of customer satisfaction, we focus on Aspia customer promises and generally on ensuring high quality performance in all the tasks we do for our customers.

We want to be trustworthy, responsible and ethical towards our clients, partners, employees, directors and other stakeholders. Accountor´s Code of Conduct is an important tool for risk management and it sets out the general principles and guidelines which all our employees, managers and partners need to comply with.

This Code of Conduct is accepted by the Board of Directors of Accountor and it is binding to all our business lines in all our countries.
